  Fees
Fees depend on the type of services, the size of the property, the amount of work that needs to be done and the location of the property in France, The fee for each service is different and will be calculated taking these factors into account.
Fees include all costs for preparations, on-site visit by the surveyor, travel, expenses, overheads, communications, production of the reports, and local taxes (TVA).

CPA always produces a formal quotation for required work. This quotation contains a description of the requested services, what will be delivered, when, and what the services will cost. It also contains details about guarantees and insurances.

Inspection reports and valuation reports will be provided in English or in French. In case the client requires a report in both languages, then CPA will charge an exra 350 euro's.

Survey
Building surveys normally take a full day for the on-site visit and another 2 days to produce the report. The average total travel time to carry out a survey is 5 hours. A surveyor will normally have to contact local authorities (including fire brigade in case of a hotel, gîte or chambres d'hôte) to obtain information related to either the property, the site it stands on, or the required regulations.
Minimum fee: 1,600 euro's

Assistance
Assistance that exceeds the normal follow-up of a survey will be charged at 95 euro's per hour.

Valuations
Official valuations require an on-site visit, an assessment of the condition of the property, gathering information  about the value of similar properties in the area, possibly an assessment of a existing business conducted in the property, etc.
Minimum fee: 1,600 euro's

Combined Survey and official Valuation
The best way to determine if purchasing a property, for more or less the asking price, is the right decision. This service is, for obvious reasons, often carried out for banks.
Minimum fee: 2,800 euro's

Combined Survey and Value Estimate (unofficial Valuation)
Provides a good indication if a property is worth the money. Estimated value of the property will be compared with the asking price plus the costs of any necessary (planned or unplanned) work.
Minimum fee: 2,200 euro's

Renovations, conversions
Fees depends entirely on the type of project, CPA's involvement, etc. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. A preliminary investigation into how CPA can assist normally costs 200 euro's.
Fees:  minimum fee for a feasibility study is 450 euro's

General inspections
These inspections are always carried out on-site by local inspectors.
Minimum fee: 850 euro's
