General

Services are detailed in the agreement between the client and CPA. The agreement details the client's instructions to CPA, CPA's commitments to the client (the deliverables), and the agreed fixed price.

Upon acceptance of the agreement by the client, the client and CPA will sign the agreement and the client will send a confirmation of acceptance via email to sales@check-property.com, prior to starting the assignment,

In the event of any conflict between the description of the services on this website and the terms of the agreement with the client, the terms of the agreement with the client shall prevail.

All prices in proposals are in Euro's, and are inclusive of the relevant local taxes, expenses and travel, and valid for 30 days after the date of the proposal.

CPA will endeavour to start service delivery within 10 working days after receipt of payment of the agreed fees.


Payment

Payment should be made in advance without any deduction.

Cancellation

Cancellation procedures are described in each proposal. In case CPA should refund any payments, 150 euros administration costs will be deducted per property.

Extra services

Services outside the agreement are not included in the fees. CPA will always consider requests for additional services provided delivery of these services is possible within CPA's strict quality regime, CPA will provide the client with a written quotation (via email) for the provision of these additional services. All other conditions such as fixed price, confirmation of acceptance, payment schedule, etc. will also apply to these additional services.
